Those are the hours on which we can be reached. Manufacturing and the rest of the work carry on outside them.
All correspondence is handled by the person responsible for development and manufacture, not by administrative staff. That makes the exchange direct on substance and, in fairness, slower. While a project is running and there is nothing new to report, an answer to a question that is not urgent may take up to ten working days. During the opening arrangements, the closing stages and the significant turning points in between, your correspondence takes priority. Work on the project carries on throughout.
