What it certifies
The legal framework for cosmetics in the EU: a responsible person, a safety assessment, a product information file (PIF), a compliant label, and notification to the CPNP portal before the first sale.
What it does NOT certify
It is not a certificate and there is no document to hang on a wall — nobody awards it. It is a requirement you either meet or you may not sell. You prove compliance with the file, not with a logo.
Who asks for it
Everyone. No exceptions, for every cosmetic product on the EU market.
How you get certified
You apply yourself: the certificate is awarded by a certification body, which runs the process directly with you and charges for it under its own schedule of fees. Our part is the product — we develop the formulation, the packaging and the documentation to the chosen standard’s requirements, so that you pass the audit without rework.
